As a Gatekeeper, you will be the first point of contact for every homeowner, board member, resident, guest, and vendor. The Gatekeeper ensures the highest possible level of service is being offered to all incoming residents and guests.
Your Responsibilities:
Must be able to understand and react to emergency situations and operate electronic gate control systems.
Provide exceptional service to all residents and guests
Responsible for greeting and welcoming residents and guests, and directing them to their destination if assistance is needed.
Comply with all safety regulations
Follow all policies and procedures established by association for the gate house
