Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Independently handling overall Metallurgical lab activities in the plant.Metallurgical Failure analysis of all customer issues (In-house, User plant, Field.Proactive audit of supplier parts at certain defined frequency.Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective actions from supplier.Proactive audits at supplier end for special processes such as Heat treatment/plating.Supplier Audits at periodic intervals.Provide technical support / Guidance to SQI team with respect to metallurgy.Exposure to painting process controlPreferred Industries Education Qualification Bachelor of EngineeringGeneral Experience Diploma 5 to 8 Years.BE - 3 to 6 YearsCritical Experience System Generated Core Skills Six SigmaAdvanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)ISO TS - Quality ManagementQC StorySystem Generated Secondary Skills
