Become a Gas Processing Operator at Pembina Pipeline Corporation in Whitecourt, Alberta. This position focuses on maintaining safe and reliable gas operations within our K3 facility.
This role is integral to the PGI Asset team, ensuring effective gas gathering and processing operations. The Gas Plant Operator will work in a union environment on a rotational shift schedule, responsible for monitoring performance and handling plant equipment. Previous experience in gas processing is necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Pembina’s safety culture and operational standards
• Start up, monitor, and shut down plant units
• Document operations and maintain logs accurately
• Initiate and coordinate maintenance activities
• Participate in incidents reporting and safety training
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in gas processing essential
• Candidates pursuing 2nd Class Engineering preferred
