Purpose of the Job The purpose of the post is to provide operational housing maintenance services to enable the continuing improvement of the service to housing stock and corporate properties. Under the direction of the designated Repairs Officer, the post holder will undertake a variety of gas work as required in accordance with works orders. Principal Responsibilities Carry out maintenance and repair works in line with works order specifications.
