Gas Engineer

We are currently seeking a customer focused Gas Engineer to join our Domestic Heating After Sales Team, providing world-class support to our customers, undertaking the servicing, fault-finding and repair of Worcester Bosch heating products within an area. Based from home and currently residing within the listed postcode area, you will utilise your knowledge and boiler fault-finding experience to provide high levels of first-time fix and ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer care.

Experience

• Boiler fault-finding & repair experience (not necessarily on the Worcester product range although this could be an advantage)
• ACS Certification - ACS Core Gas Safety & Boilers (CCN1 and CEN1)
• Experience of using test equipment, including Electrical Multi-Meter and Combustion Gas analyser
• An ability to engage with customers and communicate with them effectively and confidentially
