Gardening help needed to prune shrubs in small backyard

I'm looking for a reliable gardener to prune and shape a few shrubs in my small backyard. The job involves trimming overgrown privet and a couple of ornamental bushes, removing clippings, and tidying the area. I’d prefer someone with experience in residential gardens and a respectful approach to planting. Please bring your own pruning shears and disposal bags. Weather permitting, I’d like this done on a weekday morning, and I’m hoping to complete within a half day.
