Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervise residential garden maintenance operations
- Perform routine gardening and horticultural duties
- Manage small teams across scheduled sites
- Pruning, plant health, soil care, and presentation
- Client communication and service delivery
- Site organisation and quality control
- Basic irrigation maintenance and planting works
Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
- Certificate II in Horticulture or higher
- Supervisory or senior gardening experience
- Strong plant knowledge
