About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate gardener to support an NDIS participant in Umina Beach, NSW. This role involves 2–3 hours of work per fortnight, focusing on general gardening duties such as mowing, weeding, and pruning.

More than just a task-based role, we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of building trust and creating a positive, respectful environment. We aim to match the right person to each participant—not just in terms of skills, but personality and approach—ensuring a rewarding experience for both parties.
