SAGE Dining Services® Canada is seeking an experienced and creative Cold Kitchen Production Cook to be part of this fantastic private boarding/day school in Victoria, BC. Worked in hotels or convention centers and fed up with hours? Then this is for you! We do amazing catering for events and high-quality daily meals. This is on bus lines and parking at school or in the neighborhood for free.

Garde Manger/Cold Food Production Cook is in charge of the cold kitchen and the person who oversees food storage. This culinary station handles all savory cold dishes, including salads, hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie, pâtés, terrines, and decorative buffet elements.

Schedule:  

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 
  • 11:00am -7:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • 6:00am - 2:30pm Saturday, Sunday
  • 2 consecutive days off.
