  • As the Technical Support & Training Manager Marine Aftermarket, you are responsible for all technical governance, failure analysis, global troubleshooting guidance, product knowledge development, and capability-building for the Marine Aftermarket of the Gas & Process Division.
  • You act as the central technical authority supporting technical support engineers, field service engineers (FSEs), shipowners and product companies.
  • Your role ensures that all technical cases, service recommendations, and maintenance standards are executed safely, consistently, and in line with OEM specifications.
  • You also own the global Marine technical training program and competency development paths for the technical support team, FSEs, agents, and customers.
