A technology consulting firm based in Cambridge is looking for a GaN Reliability Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for all reliability aspects of new devices and ICs, which includes designing reliability experiments and developing electrical reliability tests. Applicants should have a relevant degree and a solid understanding of semiconductor reliability, especially GaN. Good knowledge of statistical methods and software such as JMP or Python is essential. This position is ideal for PhD graduates eager to enter the reliability field.
