Job Description

Keywords Studios is hiring a Social Support Specialist to manage and moderate communities across Discord, X, Facebook and other platforms. You will safeguard respectful engagement and brand trust while delivering high-quality support for gaming communities.

You will use Zendesk and Sprout Social to respond to inquiries, enforce policies, and identify trends. A minimum of 3 years in gaming community support is required, with strong English proficiency and knowledge of Western gaming culture.
