About the Role
We are looking for a Games UA & Growth Manager who lives and breathes data-driven growth. You will own the full user acquisition, retention, and monetisation growth loop across mobile and PC games. This role is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and game economies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across:
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads
Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, TikTok Ads
Own CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and retention metrics
Work closely with game designers to align UA strategy with gameplay mechanics
Run A/B tests on creatives, store listings, funnels, and onboarding
Analyze player behavior and funnels using MMPs & analytics tools
Optimize monetization strategies (IAPs, Ads, Hybrid models)
Manage UA budgets and scale profitable campaigns
