Game Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, designers, QA, and marketing
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Manage resource allocation and balance team workloads
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to defined project scope, schedules, and budget constraints
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality
• Support documentation, reporting, and tracking of project deliverables
• Manage external vendors and contractors when required
