RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Lead efforts to grow game development capabilities across co-development, porting, tools creation, and technical solutions for AAA gaming

  • Build and mentor an outstanding team of developers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence in LatAm and globally

  • Define technical strategies while providing guidance in architecture, systems design, optimization, and performance tuning for flagship gaming projects
