Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Orchestration: Design and execute strategic online campaigns, including in-game monetization events and community content activities. Manage the full lifecycle: from theme design, reward mechanics, and budgeting to cross-departmental coordination and launch.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and monetization strategies in the Philippines. Stay ahead of global gaming trends and local cultural shifts to produce highly competitive localized campaign proposals and explore cross-industry partnerships.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics (Conversion Rate, ARPPU, Participation Rate, ROI). Iteratively refine strategies based on data insights and standardize successful methodologies into operational SOPs.
