Your responsibilities

:

Gallery Relations & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned galleries across both Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Basel in Basel, guiding them through application, selection, compliance, and participation processes.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with galleries on timelines, requirements, and expectations.
  • Advise galleries on booth planning, presentation strategy, and fair guidelines.

    • Project Coordination & Execution

  • Lead operational planning for gallery participation including booth logistics, special orders, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Digital, VIP Relations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal) to deliver aligned solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, CRM entries, operational lists, and participation statistics.
