This role serves as the bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational objectives and user needs while supporting successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engage business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and discussions.
- Facilitate requirement discovery sessions and visualise business processes, user journeys, and proposed solutions to help stakeholders refine and validate requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
