Job Summary

To invest in our junior talent, Gerdau proudly offers G.Future, a program designed to develop future leaders for the company. The entry level G.Future Trainee position is geared towards developing well-rounded employees through a training program that will utilize on-the-job learning, coaching, and ongoing mentorship by management from the Operations and Commercial Departments within Recycling.

Nature And Scope

This position will support the Location Supervisor(s) and Location Manager in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all routine and improvement aspects within their area of responsibility. It will also aid in managing, directing, and participating in scrap production at the Recycling location to achieve efficient output and profit objectives.
