Description

Enforces the data analytics standards and applies best practices/approaches in delivering quality reports, intuitive dashboards, and comprehensive analyses of how programs/campaigns effectively grow engagement and Customer Lifetime Value. They provide valuable, actionable insights to achieve customer and business objectives, championing data-driven decisions and steering customer-centric directions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Align stakeholders in the clear articulation of relevant business questions upon which appropriate data and analytical approaches to surface answers are pursued - With deep knowledge of business objectives, customer context, and team goals, drive clarity around the critical questions that key stakeholders need to answer, and determine the best data and analytics frameworks to be used to derive relevant answers.
