We’re looking for a high‑potential individual with the ambition and capability to become a future business leader. The role offers exposure to strategic business development, commercial negotiations, deal‑making, project management and executive‑level decision making within a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation. This is not a traditional sales role.

• Approximately 10 years of professional experience and a proven track record of high performance.
• Strong commercial and business acumen in manufacturing, engineering, procurement, supply chain, operations or another business function.
• Studying towards an MBA, planning to pursue one, or exhibiting curiosity and ambition typical of future business leaders.
