Job Description

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to drive Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including data loads, reports, APIs, and integrations. You will lead workshops with HR stakeholders, configure Fusion applications, and document requirements for reports and data conversions.

Ideal candidates have end-to-end project experience, strong ITIL fundamentals, and comfortable leading migrations to Production while maintaining clear client communication and project governance.
