Kelly Services is now hiring a Furnace Operator for 2nd shift at a leading manufacturer in New Albany, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring furnaces, ensuring safe and efficient production processes. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong time management and communication skills.

+ Operate and monitor multiple furnaces according to procedures and safety regulations.
+ Build, load, and unload furnaces as required for production.
+ Read and interpret written and oral instructions to prioritize daily tasks.
+ Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed.
+ Communicate effectively with peers, team leads, and management.
+ Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
+ Perform routine cleaning and complete daily TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) requirements.
