Works with a crew of furnace rebuilders to safely refurbish and maintain furnaces and related equipment within the entire facility.
You will have the opportunity to:
Duties are performed individually or with one or more members of the Furnace Rebuild crew. In working alongside the crew, the Furnace Rebuild Operator is responsible for the accurate completion of the following activities:
+ Participates in the continuous improvement process by making suggestions to Supervisors and Leads.
+ Individual must perform to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Procedures to maintain material flow to internal and external customers.
+ Recognizes and controls the hazards associated with the work and properly responds to unexpected safety and/or environmental situations
