Title: Mobile Funeral Arranger

Client / Employer: Co‑op Funeralcare

Location: Aberdeen City, Stonehaven, and Ellon (Scotland)

Salary: £26,266 per annum (£13.47 per hour) + benefits

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday 8:00‑20:00 (variety of shifts)

Closing Date: 27‑05‑2026

Responsibilities

  • Travel to meet clients and build and maintain positive relationships with the community
  • Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering client questions
  • Ensure the funeral home (inside and out) is always clean, safe, and welcoming; maintain a professional environment and report maintenance issues
  • Work with digital systems and devices (computers, tablets, smartphones) to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing
