Job Title:Fundraising Call Agent
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors using provided call lists
Clearly explain Pink Ribbon Pakistan’s mission, breast cancer awareness campaigns, and how donations make an impact
Confidently ask for donations and professionally handle objections
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
Accurately record and update donor information in the system
Follow up with interested donors through scheduled callbacks
Maintain a polite, positive, and empathetic tone in all conversations
Follow internal fundraising guidelines and data confidentiality standards
Participate in training sessions and performance improvement activities
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in generating donations for a social or health-related cause in Pakistan is strongly preferred
