What you’ll be doing

• Funding Management: Take charge of managing multiple funding streams (NDIS, HCP, DSOA), ensuring accurate allocation, renewal, and tracking of client funding.
• Client and Team Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring funding changes are processed smoothly, efficiently, and in line with internal processes.
