Our client, a leading global private markets investment platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Funds Lawyer to join its structuring team based in Zug, Switzerland.

This is a senior, high-impact role with a strong focus on fund formation, documentation strategy and execution, operating across a global investor base.

The role

This position combines technical depth with strategic ownership and team leadership responsibilities:

• Owning and developing fund formation templates, precedents and documentation standards used globally
• Leading the drafting, review and negotiation of fund formation and separate account documentation (LPAs, PPMs, IMAs, side letters, etc.)
• Advising on the structuring and formation of private markets products for international investors
