Take on the role of Fund Operations Specialist at Willoughby Asset Management, ensuring efficient operation management within investment funds. This position offers a collaborative environment with internal teams and external service providers.
You will report directly to the Manager of Fund Operations, playing a pivotal role in handling advisor-related inquiries and maintaining accurate investor records. Essential functions will include performance calculations and assisting with fund transitions, all while working on a proactive team dedicated to excellence in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary contact for fund-related inquiries from advisors
• Accurately calculate and maintain fund performance data
• Design and prepare marketing content for funds
• Update Fund NAV prices in internal and external databases
• Facilitate fund transitions and other operational initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund operations
