Fund Development & Donor Growth Lead

Saba Trust in Pakistan is seeking a Fund Development Manager to lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy and drive financial support to advance our mission. The role covers prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, with a focus on building relationships with donors, agency partners and the community.

You will develop giving programs including local and international grants, manage a donor portfolio through qualification, cultivation and solicitation, and create
