Fund Accounting Supervisor

As a Fund Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial reporting for investment funds. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex fund structures and transactions.
Responsibilities
Reconcile all portfolio and cash activity to source data, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Ensure maintenance of portfolio investment master records.
Ensure fund expenses are recorded and accrued timely, in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare/review investor allocations and ensure fee/allocations are booked accurately.
Prepare capital call and distribution calculations.
Prepare quarterly net asset value reporting.
Prepare/review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, and portfolio schedules.
Assist with audits and tax preparation, coordinating with external parties.
