Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Operations

  • Support FA service delivery, ensuring all responsible deliverables are completed accurately and on time in accordance with quality standards
  • Proceed NAV calculation, reconciliation, valuation, reporting, and related accounting processes
  • Serve as the client contact window, responsible for communicating with clients and discussing their accounting requirements.
  • 2. Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Support departmental operations comply with local and group regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits
  • 3. Projects Support

  • Participate in FA-related projects, process improvements, and system initiatives/test.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head.
