Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide general administration support to the Group’s Luxembourg based Funds
Bookkeeping and the accounting of the Group’s Luxembourg based Funds including subsidiaries
Convene and hold general Shareholder meetings upon instructions of the Management
Prepare annual and semi-annual Investors capital account statements
Preparation of regulatory reports and periodic financial statements, including consolidated documents;
Handle the recording and publication of corporate documents as required by law
In charge of tax filings and other tax processing required by law
Handle communication with and reporting to Shareholders and regulatory authorities
Co-operate with the other service providers and the auditor of the Company in their performance of their respective duties
