Job Description
  • Should have experience in the Banking domain – corporate banking, mobile banking, and online banking.
  • Experience in chatbot testing, including conversation and voice testing, handling multiple instructions in a request, conversations with background noises, different diction, localization needs, and error management.
  • Devise and implement test strategy; design and perform functional testing; participate in design and development for test automation; assist business users; perform defect management, root cause analysis, and reporting.
  • Should be familiar with any test case or defect management tool, such as Confluence or Jira.
  • Working knowledge of Kanban or other visual management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to handle team interactions.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as AngularJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
