Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Functional Test Engineer, Level 1, for one of our key government clients, for a fully remote contract opportunity. This posting is for an incorporated contract engagement and is not an employment position.


Candidate MUST have the following:

  • A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;

  • Hands-on web/UI, API, and interface testing;

  • Strong SQL knowledge with data testing experience;

  • Knowledge on programming (TypeScript preferred);

  • GenAI hands-on development with GitHub Copilot and other standard tools/strategy (Microsoft 365 Copilot); and

  • Azure Test Plans, Data Lake, and DevOps pipelines.

    • Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
