**Functional Skills Tutor (Zero Hours-Minley & Worthy Down)**
**Locations:** Minley & Worthy Down (Onsite)
**Working Pattern:** Zero-hours contract (evenings and some daytime delivery)

We’re looking for a passionate Functional Skills Tutor to support learners within a unique military training environment. You’ll help apprentices build essential Maths and English skills that directly support their success—both in their programmes and beyond.
This is a flexible, zero-hours role offering varied delivery across different sites and programmes, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learner confidence, progression, and achievement.
