Functional Skills Tutor


Job Details


We’re looking for experienced and engaging Functional Skills Tutors to support children and young people across Hampshire on a 1:1 basis.


Working alongside Local Authorities, you’ll provide tailored support to learners who require alternative educational provision, helping them develop essential skills in English and Maths while building confidence and engagement with learning.


Many students may have additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, or EHCPs, requiring a flexible and personalised approach.

  • Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour
