  • The Functional QA will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications through comprehensive functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • This role involves close collaboration with product, development, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases while maintaining strong ownership of testing activities and defect management.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
  • Participate in requirements grooming sessions and review functional specifications.
  • Create, manage, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
  • Manage defects throughout the full bug lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting, prioritization, and closure.
