Functional Lead

Job Description:

• Creation of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties, performance evaluation including appraisals, coaching and development
• Support and encourage the team members to put in their best
• Expected to possess in-depth knowledge of all inbound, sortpack and outbound procedures and know how to use tools and other equipment
• Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
• Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, sorting and dispatch of parcels
• Ensure parcels are processed accurately, timely and free of damage
• Understands that quality is never to be compromised
• Ensure that all team members wear protective gear during execution and monitor all team mates to ensure adherence to instructions
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) will be applied
• Provide reports to SOC Operations Lead and/or SOC Lead when requested
