We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong legal background (non-litigation) and proven expertise in end-to-end contract management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents with due diligence.
• Conduct obligation reviews and ensure timely execution and compliance of all contractual commitments.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle — from initiation and negotiation to execution and archival.
• Interpret clauses, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
