Functional Consultant

We are looking for a fresher to the role of Functional Consultant with knowledge of HR management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their operational needs and supporting end-to-end implementation and optimization of HR systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Good understanding of HR management processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients confidently Ability to think functionally (process-driven) while also understanding basic technical concepts. Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Immediate Joiners are Preferred Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada is a plus. Preferred (Good to Have ) Knowledge or exposure to Zoho products. Basic understanding of Deluge scripting.
