Key Responsibilities



  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.


  • Configure and maintain ERP modules based on business needs and operational processes.


  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of ERP enhancements.


  • Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users on ERP functionalities.


  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.


  • Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
    Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
