The Opportunity

We are looking for a Functional Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with strong expertise in SailPoint to support large-scale IAM transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, architects, and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, translated, and implemented within IAM solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to IAM and SailPoint
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business, security, compliance, operations, and IT
  • Document current-state and future-state IAM processes (access requests, certifications, role management, workflows)
