Required Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL;
  • Proven experience in project management, functional analysis, and testing activities;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.


Main Responsibilities:


Operational Management

  • Manage and monitor operational support tickets, representing approximately 30% of the role's workload;
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and follow-up on operational issues;
  • Liaise with business users and technical teams to ensure service continuity and quality.
