Job Description
- Collaborate with customers on-site and remotely to define functional and technical requirements
- Design customized solutions based on workflows, reports, and user interfaces
- Oversee development, testing, and installation of software solutions
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide technical support
- Create and deliver clear documentation for customers
- Work closely with sales, R&D, and support teams
- Occasionally train end users on-site
- Master or bachelor's degree in computer sciences
- Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) and XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#.
- Customer service oriented.
- Fluent in English and in Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Domestic and/or international travel required.
