Job Description


  • Collaborate with customers on-site and remotely to define functional and technical requirements

  • Design customized solutions based on workflows, reports, and user interfaces

  • Oversee development, testing, and installation of software solutions

  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide technical support

  • Create and deliver clear documentation for customers

  • Work closely with sales, R&D, and support teams

  • Occasionally train end users on-site






  • Master or bachelor's degree in computer sciences

  • Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) and XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#.

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Fluent in English and in Dutch.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.

  • Domestic and/or international travel required.
