This internship position will be processed through MagangHub.

Requirements:

Major: Psychology, HR Management, or other related fields.

Job Description:

1. Support end-to-end learning administration
2. Assist in sourcing and compiling information on public training programs
3. Prepare and maintain learning materials, communications, attendance-evaluation-feedback records
4. Initiate improvement project for smoother learning administration process

Please note that, to be eligible for the MagangHub Program, candidates must:

• Hold a bachelor's degree.
• Have graduated within the last 12 months.
