Fully remote in-house litigation counsel Texas

Our client, a commercial lines insurance company, seeks 1 to 2 in-house counsel for Texas. This is a fully remote role! The winning candidate will have preferably, 7 or more years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience handling commercial auto and trucking negligence matters. Specifically, you need significant deposition experience, including deposing doctors, engineers, and other experts. The client's policies all exceed $1M, so these are high end cases. You will be working with adjusters, and can try cases if you want, but they are usually tried by outside counsel. There is a case cap of 50 cases, and you will have a designated paralegal and legal assistant.
