About the Role

As a Product Engineer in Alan’s Support Area, you will help build self‑service and AI‑powered customer service solutions for over 1 million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new conversational experiences, collaborating with engineering, data, and insurance teams.
  • Scale the system to support additional member growth, targeting 10 million members.
  • Influence system architecture and code quality.
  • Mentor junior engineers, contribute to the product and engineering culture, and help shape hiring and interviews.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Strong background in systems architecture and back‑end engineering.
  • Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or voice‑AI systems is a plus.
