• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications

• Writing and implementing efficient code or follow industry's good code practice.

• Determining operational practicality

• Developing quality assurance procedures

• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

• Training user

• Working closely with other developers, business, and systems analysts able to document down the changes and documentation for archiving

• Able to work for extra hour when needed
