Job Description
- Experience as a tech lead leading teams of 5-8 or more for 2-3 years.
- Projects on the resume should reflect actual work done by the candidate.
- Experience delivering real, production grade projects/solutions.
- Experience (not limited to courses or certifications) with building GenAI and agentic AI systems. This implies knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks, vector databases.
- Full stack experience including Frontend, backend (Python preferred over Java), and SQL databases. Knowledge of noSQL databases (e.g.: MongoDB) is a plus but not a requirement
